What our career starters say
“I never thought I’d end up working for a really famous company and earning really good money. I'd been unemployed for two years after university and was emotionally drained and discouraged. The pandemic just made everything worse. Then I met TMAF and Amazon. Through the apprentice scheme, I’ve gone from unemployed to a full-time employee at a top 2 global tech company.”

“This year has been an incredible transformation. Honestly, life-changing. Having done so many things that were unimaginable to me not long ago, the highlight is the privilege I have to be surrounded by brilliant people who continue to inspire me, not only professionally but also personally.“
